Ms Astrid Edwards
Astrid is an academic, interviewer and writer. She teaches in the Associate Degree of Professional Writing and Editing at RMIT University and is undertaking a PhD at the University of Melbourne.
She is the former Chair of Melbourne Writers Festival and the former Deputy Chair of Writers Victoria, and served on the Victorian Disability Advisory Council advising the Minister for Disability, Ageing and Carers during the Pandemic. Astrid lives with Multiple Sclerosis and was a National Advocate for MS Australia for seven years
