A/Prof Yan Pan

Associate Professor Yan Pan is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

He completed his undergraduate medical degree and specialty training in Melbourne and the National Skin Centre in Singapore. He then pursued further fellowship training in melanoma at two of the world’s leading institutions, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York and Gustave Roussy in Paris.

In addition to his private practice, Associate Professor Pan holds appointments at The Alfred (Victorian Melanoma Service) and St Vincent’s Hospital. He is also the Supervisor of Training at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Monash University, where he leads the dermatology teaching program for undergraduate medical students.

Associate Professor Pan has a longstanding interest in melanoma, for which he has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented papers, both locally and internationally. He maintains an active interest in the treatment of general dermatological conditions such as acne, psoriasis and eczema and welcomes new referrals.
