Most commonly known as a former Australian Test cricketer, Andrew Paul Sheahan has a long and decorated history in both sport and education.

Leaving his last position in the education system in 2009, he was previously Headmaster of Melbourne Grammar School, Principal of Geelong College, and a teacher at Westminster School in England.

First holding Vice President and then President of the Melbourne Cricket Club, Paul continues to play regional club cricket in Geelong.

Most recently, he was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for significant service to secondary education as a teacher, and through roles with sporting, charitable and community organisations.
