About Medical Workforce Unit
The Alfred Health Medical Workforce Unit is a dedicated unit supporting our doctors throughout their medical career at Alfred Heath.
Our team of experienced Recruitment Specialists and Rostering/Operations Specialists work within both the Junior and Senior Medical space supporting 2000 doctors within Alfred Health, across three different sites.
The Unit works closely with our colleagues in Medical Education, Payroll, Human Resources and Clinical Units, as well as the Postgraduate Medical Council of Victoria (PMCV) and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to provide a cohesive and supportive central point of contact for all doctors.
