The Recharge: Managing Cancer-Related Fatigue education series offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to understanding and managing the physical, emotional, and cognitive aspects of cancer-related fatigue (CRF). Designed for cancer patients and caregivers, this series provides practical strategies for coping with fatigue, enhancing mental clarity, and improving overall wellbeing. Covering essential topics such as the science behind CRF, emotional impacts, managing brain fog, functional fatigue in daily life, and regaining energy for work or study, participants will learn evidence-based tools for self-care. Each 45–60-minute session is offered both in-person and online, providing flexibility for participants. In addition to gaining valuable insights, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with others facing similar challenges, fostering social connections and building a supportive community to help restore your energy!
