Breast cancer
As part of a collaboration with Cancer Council, Victoria and International Colleagues at the University of Cambridge, we published work in Nature Communications and Human Molecular Genetics identifying new breast cancer risk gene loci and novel associations of regions of chromosome 2 with breast cancer.
We also published evidence for genetic variation in regulatory pathways of cell division associated with tumour grade.
