Community & Ambulatory Services research
Community and Ambulatory services provide services and programs across all age spans, and focus on enhancing the health, independence and overall well-being of children, adolescent and adult people residing in the community.
The service provides community based therapeutic interventions that may improve function and/or prevent the deterioration of existing conditions. Multi-disciplinary services respond to individual needs and provide strong integration within and between health services and the broader community, better facilitating seamless transition along the health care continuum.
