Rebecca has spent 12 years providing both clinical and managerial services to benefit the patients of Alfred Health.
Her experience over that period has led her to develop an unwavering commitment to empowering the hospital workforce. Bec believes it is crucial develop high-functioning multi-disciplinary teams, the sort of teams key to the effectiveness of patient care in high-pressure environments such as the Emergency & Trauma Centre.
Bec says she feels a real sense of pride when observing team members working in seamless collaboration to achieve the best outcomes for community members suffering serious illness or injury. She relishes the opportunity to share learnings from those critical situations with others in the emergency care community.
