Ms Kriss Will
Kriss has been a patient of the Alfred since 2014. Due to her degenerative neurological illness, she is a regular patient of the following clinics – Functional Gut Disorder/Gastroenterology, PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy aka feeding tube), Neurology, Respiratory, Sleep and Syncope.
Kriss’ professional background was as a self-employed management consultant, where she worked for over 20 years to provide management advice and training workshops for the legal sector, other professional service firms and not-for-profits. Kriss has an Arts degree, (honours Psychology), and an MBA (focussed on HR and IT). She assisted others to establish their own businesses and encouraged and supported many people, mainly women, to take the step from employee to business owner.
In recognition of her contributions to the legal sector, Kriss has been awarded a life membership of the Law Council of Australia, (LPS), a life membership of ALPMA, and holds a certificate of service from the Law Institute of Victoria. She was also made a Fellow of Quality in Law and in 2019 was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for service to the legal profession.

- Alfred Health Patient Portal – initial focus group, portal testing and participating in the promotional video
- Rehabilitation, Aged and Community Care Telehealth Governance Steering Committee – consumer representative
- Consumer Connect – participant in the pilot for consumers
