Point-of-sale communication
We undertook an innovative trial to see whether labelling food by their traffic light ‘health’ rating and including accompanying ‘nudge’ lines would encourage people to make the healthier food choice.
The trial resulted in the reduction of approximately 30,000 fewer ‘red’ lunches sold every year in just one of our cafes, whilst maintaining financial viability for the retailer.
