Enquiries about your health

Your family and friends will want to know how you are during your stay with us. Please nominate one family member (on behalf of all family) to contact Main Reception on (03) 9076 1000, who will direct them to the appropriate ward. It is important that patients register their phone service on admission so that calls can be directed to the bedside.

If your family would like more information regarding your care, they can leave their contact details with the nurse in charge and they will be contacted by a member of the team responsible for your care.

Our volunteers bring the community into the hospital – something we believe is important.

To access the service, you must be in range of an access point at the hospital and have a compatible device.

Via WiFi settings on your device, select AH-GUEST then read and agree to acceptable usage guidelines.
