Teamwork

At Alfred Health, we work as a team at a unit level and at the bedside. We believe team-based models of care provide the best support for our nurses and care for patients and their families. This also means we have a diverse group of nurses working together to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Our nursing teams can be comprised of Enrolled Nurses, Registered Nurses, Registered Undergraduate Students of Nursing (RUSONs) and other Advanced Practice Nurses.

Leadership at every level

Alfred Health believes every nurse is a leader. Every day, every patient, every time.

In addition to supporting teams, we are committed to help nurses achieve their individual learning needs and career goals.
