Dr Nikki Adler
Dr Nikki Adler (she/her) is a Consultant Dermatologist and Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.
She completed her specialist dermatology training at The Royal Children’s Hospital, The Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Alfred Hospital, Monash Medical Centre and St Vincent’s Hospital.
Dr Adler has a special interest in the early detection and management of melanoma. Dr Nikki Adler has an appointment as a Visiting Specialist at the Victorian Melanoma Service at The Alfred Hospital. She is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Monash University, and is a supervisor of PhD and Masters students.
She completed her PhD through Monash University in 2018 on the clinical and molecular characteristics and metastatic pathways of patients with cutaneous melanoma. Dr Adler is a lead author of the Australian National Cancer Council Melanoma Guidelines. She is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology (JAAD) and the Australasian Journal of Dermatology (AJD).
