Alfred Health’s outpatient Smokefree Clinic provides specialist smoking cessation support to patients who smoke. Patients who attend the clinic receive intensive behavioural support alongside pharmacotherapy by our pharmacists with a specialty in smoking cessation.

Refer your patient
Internal referrals only
Your patient must speak with their treating Alfred Health unit (doctor, nurse or allied health practitioner). This team member can then refer the patient to the clinic to make an appointment.
