Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee provides advice to the Board on executive remuneration matters.
It also monitors the implementation of an executive remuneration policy that is consistent with the business objectives and human resources needs of Alfred Health, GSERP policies, and prevailing legislation.
The Hon Martin Foley as an experienced Minister for Health and Minister for Mental Health brings an understanding of the community operations of the Health system.
Ms Sally Campbell brings extensive executive commercial and public sector experience to Alfred Health Board that has been earned in a wide range of organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Mr Lynton Norris is a consultant and experienced company director. He is a recognised leader in funding and payment models, policy development and review, performance assessment and reporting, and complex data analysis and analytics.
Ms Diana Heggie has extensive executive and non-executive experience and prior Directorship Peninsula Health.
Prof Christina Mitchell is Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences at Monash University having trained as a physician scientist specialising in clinical haematology.
