Dr Caroline Dix
Caroline is a haematologist with an interest in haemostasis and thrombosis and obstetric haematology.
She completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales, and specialist training at Royal North Shore, Royal Prince Alfred and Concord Repatriation General Hospitals.
She has fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP) and Royal College of Pathologists Australasia (RCPA). She has also completed a Masters of Science (Infectious Diseases) through the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
Caroline moved to the Alfred in 2021 to complete a fellowship in haemostasis and thrombosis. She has a particular interest in clinical research and clinical trials in this area, and enjoys working in a multidisciplinary environment to provide holistic care to patients.
