Dr Susan Morgan
Head of the diagnostic Haematology Laboratory (part of Alfred Pathology), and a Clinical Haematologist with the Clinical Haematology Unit.
Sue is a longstanding Haematology specialist examiner for the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and member of the Victorian Haematology Advanced Training Committee. She is a member of many haematology specialist societies including HSANZ, THANZ, ANZSBT and ALLG.
Her passions are diagnostic haematology, including morphology, coagulation, flow cytometry and transfusion medicine, as well as supervising and mentoring haematology trainees. She reviews outpatients both at The Alfred and Sandringham Hospital, focussing on indolent lymphoproliferative disorders, myeloproliferative neoplasms, and red cell and platelet disorders.
