Professor Curtis is a Clinical Haematologist and Director of Malignant Haematology Research at the Australian Centre for Blood Diseases, Monash University, Alfred Hospital. He is a senior bone marrow transplant physician at Alfred Health, where he is leading a national randomised trial of post-transplant cyclophosphamide for the prevention of graft versus host disease, a life-threatening complication following bone marrow transplant.
