Website Accessibility Statement
The Alfred Health website has been designed to be accessible to people with disability.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), AA level.
To make sure the website is as accessible as possible, we:
- Use computer programs to check how accessible our website is.
- Fix any accessibility problems we find.
- Have an accessibility menu on the website that lets you change the way the website looks, sounds, and behaves to best suit your needs.
How do I start the accessibility menu?
You can start the Alfred Health website accessibility menu in 2 ways:
- By pressing the tab key when the page first loads.
- By clicking on the accessibility menu icon that appears in the bottom corner of the page. Once you have clicked on the accessibility menu, please wait a moment for it to load.
Accessibility issues and areas for improvement
We work hard to make sure that our website is as accessible and easy to use as possible. But there may still be parts of our website that are not accessible. This could be because we have not found the problem yet or because we do not have a way to fix the problem yet.
If you have problems accessing the Alfred Health website please contact us to let us know. We will try to fix the issue.
