The Alfred is the lead site for the implementation of a phone-based intervention ‘Coach for Heart Health’ model to address overweight/obesity and metabolic concerns in long-term survivors of stem cell transplantation.
This has led from the success of Positive Change for Life with funding support provided through The Victorian Cancer Survivorship Program (VCSP) an initiative of the Department of Health and Human Services.
