The Tri-Focal Model of Care project

• Teaching and Research in Aged Care Services. This was a collaborative research project led by Deakin University and funded by the Department of Health under the Teaching and Research Aged Care Services (TRACS) initiative. It uses an educational approach to implement an innovative model of care termed the Tri-Focal Model of Care, to foster a learning environment within the residential aged care setting.
