What we do
A pharmacist in the Outpatient Pharmacy Clinics can discuss your medications and address any questions or concerns regarding their use. These clinic appointments are free of charge.
How to access the clinics?
Your doctor or pharmacist may schedule an appointment for you relevant to your treatment at Alfred Health, such as following discharge from hospital. Appointments are available in-person (at The Alfred Hospital), via telehealth (video) or by telephone.

What and who can I bring to the appointment?
Your list of current medications that includes prescription and any over-the-counter medicines, as well as herbal supplements and vitamins. You may choose to bring a family member or support person to this appointment.
