Emergency Nurse Leadership Program

The Emergency Nurse Leadership Program provides an opportunity for personal development and reflection whilst exploring key management concepts as they are implemented in the emergency department.

The workshop is highly interactive and participants are encouraged to openly discuss their own leadership experiences, challenges and aspirations. Participants are required to complete approximately five hours of pre-learning activities and attend both of the workshop days. Participants should also have at least five years nursing experience with at least two years in an emergency department setting.
